Shannon is the most creative soul and has the best heart for wedding photography! We grew up and had our wedding in Wisconsin but now live in Utah and she FLEW OUT to meet us and take our engagement photos. It was so special to spend time with her and make a connection so that my husband and I felt comfortable in front of the camera. It was the same on our wedding day, we were our most natural selves and she captured all of the intense emotions of the day. Not to mention her photos are incredible. She made all of our photos look like they were taken straight from a fairytale. If you book Shannon you will have high quality timeless photos to treasure forever.

Shannon is a phenomenal photographer, not to mention an energetic, down-to-earth person and such a beautiful soul. From our first meeting in a cozy coffee shop, I knew that Shannon was the right fit for us. Her work is so stunning and she made us feel right at home. My fiance and I were SO PUMPED for our engagement pictures, but also extremely nervous. The second we got to our shoot location I felt instantly relaxed because Shannon effortlessly made us feel so comfortable in our own skin. My fiance and I are over the moon about every single one of our engagement pictures and even more importantly, we will always cherish the memory of that day and how magical it was. We could not be more thrilled to have her by our side at our wedding capturing one of the most special days of our lives.

From the first preview of our engagement session to our last wedding photo of the night, our experience with Shannon was exceptional. Shannon's guidance extended all the way from picking outfits to location scouting, and she made it her goal to help us look like and feel like our best selves in our photos. Shannon is nothing short of amazing. For both our engagement photos and wedding day, we felt very comfortable and ourselves. When she came to our home for our engagement photos, she truly captured who we (including our dog) are. We will always be able to reflect on that chapter of our lives and we are so happy with how they turned out. By having that time with her, and getting used the camera, we felt much more comfortable on our wedding day.
For our wedding, she drove to Madeline Island! We were so excited to see her the night before, and she even took some fun and playful photos of us after the rehearsal dinner. On our wedding day, not only was she an amazing photographer but she helped organize and orchestrate. She was intuitive and on top of the ball all day and evening. When we did a before look with her at a local park, she drove me to meet Dylan and helped organize the first look. It was so fun running around the island with her and sharing those moments and memories. Throughout the entire event, she captured the (candid) emotions of us, our family, friends and venue perfectly. We felt so comfortable and relaxed with her. She was basically a photography ninja. She would be inconspicuous or encouraging when needed and taking photos all over the place while making is seem effortless. The photos she took are absolutely stunning and priceless and we will cherish them forever. She is simply amazing.
